What personal data this website collects, why, and how you stay in control of it.

This website, 123.tn, is published by 123 Consultancy. For any question about your data, write to contact@123.tn.
When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, company (optional), your area of interest and your message. We use them only to answer you and follow up on your request. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in replying to it.
These messages are stored in a database at our web host and are accessible only to our team. We keep them for up to three years after our last exchange, then delete them. We never sell or rent your data.
When you complete our AI assessment, we collect your answers (company, IT situation, challenges, use of AI, project), your contact details and your meeting availability. We use them to prepare your report and to contact you about your project.
To write the report, your answers are sent to OpenAI, which processes them on our behalf through its API. OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models. The report is emailed to you from our Google Workspace account and kept with your answers for up to three years after our last exchange.
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA collects technical information such as your IP address and browser data, which Google processes under its own privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time spent, type of device, and actions such as starting or sending a form, playing our video or clicking a button. Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you decline, no cookie is set and Google Analytics only receives anonymous, cookie-less signals (Google Consent Mode) that contain no identifier.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
The website and its database are hosted by Hostinger. Our hero videos and fonts are served from our own server and from Google Fonts.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy, by writing to contact@123.tn. We answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with your data protection authority (the CNIL in France, the INPDP in Tunisia).
